Today’s episode features Susan Messing!
Susan Messing is a legendary improvisor, teacher, author, and overall badass of stage and life! I unabashedly admit that she’s a huge improv crush of mine! Here in Chicago, she performs and teaches at iO Theater and Annoyance Theater (where she’s a founding member), and is an alumna of The Second City’s mainstage. She also teaches at DePaul! And travels the world to teach too! She’s BUSY! Oh yeah! She did a Ted Talk TOO!!!! In this episode, we chat about everything comedy and improv! We even spend a good chunk of time analyzing Nicole Arbour, and Susan breaks everything I can’t stand about that lady’s fat-shaming video wonderfully! In the end, we do improv! YAY!
